Londyn's Permit Prep
Effective date: August 28, 2026 · Last updated: August 28, 2026
Londyn's Permit Prep collects no personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, and no server. Everything you do in the app stays on your iPhone.
This policy explains how Londyn's Permit Prep (the "app") handles information. It applies to the iPhone app published on the Apple App Store by Christopher Logue, an independent developer.
None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or process personal data. Specifically, the app does not ask for or receive:
To make studying useful, the app saves your study progress locally in its own protected storage area on your iPhone. That includes your answers, missed questions, weak topics, streaks, readiness status, and app preferences.
This information never leaves your device through the app. It is not uploaded, backed up to any server operated by the developer, or made visible to anyone else. The developer cannot see it.
The one exception is outside the app's control: if you have enabled Apple's iCloud Backup or you back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS may include the app's local data in that backup, the same way it does for other apps. That backup is managed by you and by Apple under Apple's terms, not by this app.
The app works entirely offline. All study questions and content are installed with the app. The app does not contact the developer, the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, or any third party in order to function.
The app contains no advertising, no third-party software development kits, no analytics or crash-reporting services, and no tracking technology. The app does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not participate in any advertising network or data broker relationship.
This app is a study tool for learner's permit candidates, and we expect many of its users to be teenagers. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it collects no personal information from children. Nothing is transmitted off the device, so there is nothing that could be disclosed to a third party.
The app is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and comparable laws by not collecting data in the first place. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about the app, please use the contact address below.
The developer has no user data to share, and therefore does not share, sell, or disclose user data to anyone, including advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or law enforcement.
Because your study data lives only on your device, you control it completely. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes its local storage and your study history. If you have an Apple backup that includes the app, manage or delete that backup through your device or iCloud settings.
There is no server-side account to close and no deletion request to file with the developer, because the developer holds no copy of your data.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give people rights to access, correct, and delete personal data a company holds about them. The developer holds no personal data about app users, so there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on request. The app does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
If a future version of the app changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change. Material changes will be described in the App Store release notes for that version.
